HOW CAN I PAY?
We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
IS YOUR SITE SECURE?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.
As from August 2020 our websites are SCA ready. Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is a new European regulatory requirement to reduce fraud and make online payments more secure. To accept payments and meet SCA requirements, we have had to build new websites to add additional authentication into your checkout.

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Based in the sunny island of Tenerife, Spain, the EWE project ships worldwide, Any duties and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please note that whilst I am sure you will be truly delighted with your purchase from us here at the EWE project, we are unable to accept returns on bespoke personalised orders. An exception to this would be if we have not supplied the item you ordered so please do ensure you have ordered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for customers not following instructions or failing to check orders.
We send jewellery care instructions with crafted pieces and cannot be held responsible for damage or excessive wear caused to the items. We always advise removing any item of jewellery before manual or physical activity and before showering or swimming.
Please also be aware that some charms especially alloy items, when coming into contact with sweat, or other metal items may cause a mattifying effect on the charm.
Photographs may show a slight variation in colours, however these will not be at a detriment to the item.
DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are delayed or lost by the postal system which is out of our control. In the event of a late or non -delivery of your order, please contact us and we will track your package and advise as to the status. We will work with you to ensure a satisfying conclusion!
Most Problems can easily be resolved by good communication and we always ask that you contact us with any problems or concerns before leaving negative feedback as our ethos is to resolve any issues!
